VNS: Vinasun Corp Raises Ownership in Subsidiary

Vietnam Sun Corporation (VINASUN CORP) has increased its ownership stake in subsidiary Vinasun Green:

-         Subsidiary: Vinasun Green Joint Stock Company

-         Charter capital: VND40 billion, equivalent to 4,000,000 shares

-         Vinasun Corp’s ownership stake before change: 80%, or 3,200,000 shares.

-         According to the board resolutions on September 22, the Chairman on October 02 issued a decision with the following contents:

-         Vinasun Corp agrees to purchase 10% stake owned by Dang Viet Joint Stock Company in Vinasun Green.

-         Number of transferred shares: 400,000 shares

-         Value of transferred shares: VND4 billion.

-         Vinasun Corp’s ownership stake after change: 90%, or 3,600,000 shares.
