VMD: Explanation for business result in Quarter 3.2012

Vimedimex Medi – Pharma Joint Stock Company explained the fluctuation in consolidated profit in Quarter 3/2012 compared to Quarter 3/2011 as follows:

- Net revenue decreased 296.60% (VND954.91 billion) and cost of goods sold increased 303.62% (VND946.97 billion).

- Gross profit decreased 38.48% (VND7.94 billion) and net profit decreased 63.27% (VND3.07 billion) because of to restructuring import product distribution channel.

- Therefore, profit before tax in Quarter 3/2012 decreased 56.17% (VND2.76billion) compared to in Quarter 3/2011 and profit after tax in Quarter 3/2012 decreased 82.19% (VND3.03 billion) compared to in Quarter 3/2011.
