VIP: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:

      Ms. Vu Thi Thanh is wife of Mr. Nguyen Van Tam – Deputy CEO of Vietnam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company, was late in reporting the trading result of VIP stock after registering to trade on October 17, 2012.
