SPM: Reminded to hold 2011 AGM

According Document No.04/TB-SPM dated September 10, 2012 by S.P.M Corporation extending the time for holding the 2011 Annual General Meeting. The Company will hold the 2011 Annual General Meeting on October 2012. However, unitl October 18, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange has received no announcements of the organization. S.P.M Corporation did not comply with disclosure regulations.
