SMC: Board Resolution on the Appointment of New Member

On September 28, 2012, the Board of Directors of SMC Investment Trading Joint Stock Company approved to additionally elect Mr. Taira Yoshiyuki, born in Japan in 1967, to the Board of Directors. Mr. Taira Yoshiyuki will be a member of the Board of Directors from September 27, 2012.
