- Agreed being member of Viet Nam Education Publishing House under the Rule No. 546/QD-NXBGDVN dated 05/09/2012 signed by General manager of Viet Nam Education Publishing House;

- To continue searching sites for new office and shops;

- To repurchased 252,800 shares for treasury stocks from 20/10/2012 to 20/01/2013, following the market prices (under VND 10,000/ share), with resource: profit after tax.
