MSN: Information disclosure

On October 01, 2012, Hoa Muoi Gio Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Ma San Group Corporation finished the purchase of 40% stake of Proconco from two foreign investors: Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Limited and PCA International Funds SPC with total value of transaction was $96 million.

-         At the same time, Ma San Group Corporation is trading to transfer all charter capital of Hoa Muoi Gio Co., Ltd to Masan Consumer Corporation.
