HVG: Decision on additional listing

On October 08, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.153/2012/QD-SGDHCM to approve the additional listing of Hung Vuong Corporation. Accordingly, Hung Vuong Corporation will list 13,199,596 additional shares on the exchange:

-         Stock code: HVG                

-         Stock type: common stock

-         Par value: VND10,000 / share

-         Additional volume: 13,199,596 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND131,995,960,000.

-         Effective listing date: October 10, 2012.
