HTI: Explanation for business result in quarter 3/2012

IDICO Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company (IDICO-IDI.JSC) has explained business results in quarter 3/2012 compared to in quarter 3/2011 as follows:

-         Profit after tax in Quarter 3/2012 decreased 46% compare to in Quarter 3/2011 mainly because:

+         In September, 2012, IDICO-IDI.JSC transferred all its stack in Srok Phu Mien IDICO Hydropower Joint Stock Company to IDICO Corporation with an amount equal to the recorded investment value. Therefore, IDICO-IDI.JSC delayed provision for devaluation of those stocks by VND14,460,833,800. So financial expenses in Quarter /2011 decreased, leading to profit in Quarter 3/2011 increased compared to in Quarter 3/2012
