HDO: Explanation for the audit exception in the semi-annual financial statement 2012

Hung Dao Container JSC (HDO) announces the explanation for not setting up the allowance for some receivables as below:

The reason why HDO has not set up the allowance for some receivables from customers is because these customers are big customers whose capital state and being are currently in troubles. Even though they have overdue debts, they do not reach insolvency level and still pay debt monthly. Therefore we still do not set up the reserve fund.
