CTG: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

1.   Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Diep, daughter of Ms. Bui Nhu Y – Deputy CEO of Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade, bought 1,000 CTG shares on September 14, 2012 without announcement.

2.   Mr. Nguyen Cao Khanh, elder brother of Mr. Nguyen Van Du – Deputy CEO of Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade, bought 2,500 CTG shares from September 11, 2012 to September 21, 2012 without announcement.
