VDSC: Personnel change

Viet Dragon Securities Corporation (VDSC) announced a personnel change as follows:

-         Mr. Nguyen Mien Tuan replaced Mr. Pham Huu Phu as Chairman of the BOD and legal representative.

-         Mr. Nguyen Huu Tu was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the BOD in the term from 2012 to 2016.

-         Mr. Nguyen Hieu – Deputy CEO replaced Mr. Nguyen Mien Tuan as CEO.

-         Effective date: September 18, 2012.
