UDC: Board Resolution on Disposal of Property

Urban Development and Construction Corporation (UDEC) announced Board Resolution No.07 dated September 06, 2012:

-         The Board of Directors agreed to sign a contract to authorize Tan Thanh Production – Construction Investment Joint Stock Company to make decisions (sell, pledge, mortgage, etc.) to the houses that were allocated basing on capital contribution ratio on August 31, 2012.
