THG: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person
The following are the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:
- Mr. Le Trung Hieu is father of Mr. Le Phu Cu – Member of the Board of Directors of Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (THG) was late in reporting the trading result of THG stock after registering to trade on August 31, 2012. - Ms. Le Thi Bich Van is sister of Mr. Le Phu Cu – Member of the Board of Directors of Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (THG) was late in reporting the trading result of THG stock after registering to trade on August 31, 2012. - Mr. Le Quoc Hung is brother of Mr. Le Phu Cu – Member of the Board of Directors of Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (THG) was late in reporting the trading result of THG stock after registering to trade on August 31, 2012.
