Handling with fractional bonds when converting:

If bondholders own odd bonds, when converting 50% of their
bonds, the number of converted bonds will be rounded down.
For
example, a bondholder owning 51 bonds can convert 50% or 25.5 bonds. Using the
principle of rounding, the bondholder can convert only 25 bonds and the
remaining bonds will be converted on the due date.

Handling with fractional shares when converting:

The number of shares converted from bonds will be rounded
down. The fractional shares will be bought back by the Corporation at 10,000
vnd/share.
For
example, if a bondholder converts 1,000 bonds, the number of shares will be:
1,000 x (100,000/22.014) = 4,542.56 shares and will be rounded to 4,542 shares.
0.5 share will be bought back at: 0.5 x 10,000 = 5,000 vnd.
