STT: Extension of the submission date for the reviewed semi-annual financial statements

On September 10, 2012, Hochiminh Stock Exchange received Document No. 172-2012/CVGT dated September 10, 2012 by Saigontourist Transport Corporation suggested an extension of the submission date for the reviewed semi-annual financial statements of the parent company to September 25, 2012. Reason: the company’s partners compare and confirm the outstanding balance of debt late. So, the auditing company can’t issue reviewed reports as regulation.
