PTC: Explanation for submitting the resolution of Board of Directors late

Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company explained the resolution of Board of Directors on 2012 business plan adjustment late because:

-         On September 13, 2012, PTC’s BOD issued Resolution No. 148/NQ-HDQT on 2012 business plan adjustment. The company was not fully aware of all disclosure regulation.
