PPI: PPI sets up Tay Ninh Branch

Pacific Property and Infrastructure Development and Investment Joint Stock Company has established a branch in Tay Ninh according the Board Resolution No. 06/NQ-HDQT on September 11, 2012 as follows:

-         Name and address:

+         Name in Vietnamese: Chi nhánh Công ty cổ phần phát triển hạ tầng và Bất động sản Thái Bình Dương tại tỉnh Tây Ninh.

+         Name in English: Branch of Pacific Property and Infrastructure Development and Investment Joint Stock Company at Tay Ninh.

+         Head office: 06 Pham Thai Buong Street, Tan Bien Town, Tay Ninh Province.

-         Function: wholesale of agricultural raw materials (expect wood, bamboo) and live animals; wholesale of rice; wholesale of food; manufacture of prepared animal, fish, poultry feeds.

-         The Board of Directors approved to appoint Mr. Ngo Sy Dung as Head of Branch.

-         This resolution takes effect from September 11, 2012.
