NHW: NHW does not prepare Q2.2012 consolidated financial statements

Ngo Han Joint Stock Company has sent a document to HOSE to ask for permission not to prepare its consolidated financial statements for the fiscal period ended 30 June 2012.

-        Reason: In late 2011, Ngo Han Joint Stock Company established a subsidiary – Ngo Han Services & Trading One Member Ltd., Co and the company did not have consolidated financial statements in 2011.
