MDG: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

-         Ms. Nguyen Thi Nguyet Thanh is sister of Mr. Nguyen Duc Luan  – Member of the Board of Supervisors of Mien Dong Joint – Stock Company, bought 1,500 MDG shares on August 28, 2012 but had not had any announcements before trading.
