HTL: Explanation for business results of 6 months before & after review of 2012

Truong Long Engineering And Auto Joint Stock Company has explained for business results of 6 months before & after review of 2012 as follows:

-         Losses due to exchange rate differences was VND462,308,339, which had not in Financial Statements of 6 months before review of 2012.

-         Besides, company had tax penalty of VND224,138,399  according Resolution No.388 dated January 20, 2012. Auditor adjusted to expense.
