FPT: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following are the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholders:

-         Ms. Nguyen Thi Du is wife of Mr. Do Cao Bao – Member of the Board of Directors of FPT Corporation, bought 6,000 FPT shares July 25, 2012 but had not had any announcements before trading.

-         Mr. Chu Hung Thang is brother of Ms. Chu Thi Thanh Ha – Deputy CEO of FPT Corporation, Sold 1,000 FPT shares July 11, 2012 but had not had any announcements before trading.
