Corporation had not cleared liabilities to suppliers. The credit balance

The associated companies with ELCOM CORP, including: Elcom, Telsoft and
Eloge France Vietnam, are the companies have not been listed on the stock
exchange or not been public companies, so they may not disclose reviewed,
audited financial statements. Therefore, the revision of financial statements
of the associated companies has not been implemented. However, financial statements
of the associated companies
were certificated and guaranteed by their Directors and Chief Accountants.
