COM: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following are the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholders:

      Mr. Huynh Nguyen Trieu – Deputy CEO of Materials - Petroleum Joint Stock Company, was late in reporting the trading result of COM stock after registering to trade on August 31, 2012.

      Mr. Huynh Nguyen Trieu (husband of Ms. Nguyen Thi Lung) – Deputy CEO of Materials - Petroleum Joint Stock Company, was late in reporting the trading result of COM stock after registering to trade on September 10, 2012.
