CMX: Personnel Change

According to Resolution No.02/CAMIMEX/HDQT-QD dated August 31, 2012 of the BOD, Ca Mau Frozen Seafood Processing Import Export Corporation (stock code: CMX) announced the personnel change as follows:

      Approving the resignation of the Mr. Le Minh Hieu as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Pham Anh Duc as Member of the Board of Directors as from August 31, 2012.

      Appointing Mr. Bui Si Tuan and Mr. Vu Ngoc Le as Members of the Board of Directors to replace Mr. Le Minh Hieu and Mr. Pham Anh Duc as from August 31, 2012.
