On September 10, 2012, HOSE had Decision No.136/2012/QD-SGDHCM to allow Cuchi Commercial and Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company to list additional shares on the Ho Chinh Minh Stock exchange as follows:

-         Stock symbol: CCI              

-         Stock type: common stock

-         Par value: VND10,000 / share

-         Additional volume: 4,398,620 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND43,986,200,000.

-         Effective date of the listing license: September 12, 2012
