CCI: Board Resolution

Cuchi Commercial And Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution on September 17, 2012 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors approved to transfer land use rights at No. 75 and 501 of an area of 1,156m² at Nguyen Thi Ranh, Phu My Hung Ward, Cu Chi District, HCMC.

-         Total value of the land transfer of 1,450,000,000dongs will be used to invest in growing of perennial crops.
