ASM: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated institutional investor

The following are the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated institutional investor:

-         International Development & Investment Corporation (IDI) is institutional investor affiliated with Mr. Le Thanh Thuan – Chairman of the Board of Directors, CEO of Sao Mai Construction Corporation (ASM), bought 312,500 and sold 1,284.910 ASM shares from March 16, 2012 to May 25, 2012 but had not had any announcements before trading.

-         Asian Mineral Real Estate Joint Stock Company is institutional investor affiliated with Mr. Le Thanh Thuan – Chairman of the Board of Directors, CEO of Sao Mai Construction Corporation (ASM), bought 2,225,750 and sold 2,351,600 ASM shares from February 01, 2012 to August 21, 2012 but had not had any announcements before trading.
