AGD: Explanation for consolidated business result in Q2.2012

Godaco Seafood Joint Stock Company explained difference in consolidated business result between Quarter 2/2012 and Quarter 2/2011:

-         Profit after tax in Quarter 2/2012 was VND34.9 billion, decreasing VND18.3 billion compared to the same period last year (in quarter 2/2011, profit after tax (not audited) was VND53.2 billion) because the following reasons:

+         Gross profit went down VND16.1 billion because net revenue fell VND72 billion (28%) and cost of goods sold fell VND56.3 billion (31.5%). Reason: the global economic crisis, making to price of export in Quarter 2/2012 was less than in Quarter 2/2011.

+         Financial income in Quarter 2/2012 decreased VND1.8 billion due to income from exchange rate differences.
