-         Stock symbol: VNM

-         Par value: VND 10,000/ share

-         Number of treasury shares before trading: 405,420 shares

-         Volume registered to buy back: 5,320 shares

-         Purpose: to buy back shares from 2009, 2010 2011 of the employees who left the Company

-         Financial resource: from capital surplus and undistributed profits

-         Trading method: put through not through the trading floor

-         Expected trading period: from August 06, 2012 to September 06, 2012.
