VKD: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2012

Khanh Hoa Mineral Water JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

- Total expenses: VND 94,742,900,793

- Profit before tax: VND 7,754,144,663

- Profit after tax: VND 6,129,604,244

- Financial reserve: VND 306,480,212

- Payment for the BOD and Supervisory board: VND 183,888,127

- Bonus for Management board: VND 153,240,106

- Investment and Development fund: VND 548,599,580

- Reward and welfare fund: VND 548,599,580

- Dividend payment: VND 4,388,796,639

- Product: 41,500 liters

- Revenue: VND 106,500,000,000

- Profit before tax: VND 7,700,000,000
