Vinaconex infrastructure development and construction investment JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders held on 13/08/2012. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Selecting Auditor 2012
- To select one of three audit units which state securities commission of Viet Nam
- Authorizing Board of Director to select Auditor for auditing financial statement of 2012
2. This resolution has taken effect since 13/08/2012
