STG: Personnel Change

According to Resolution No.058/2012/NQ-HDQT dated August 27, 2012 of the BOD, South Logistics Joint Stock Company (stock code: STG) announced the personnel change as follows:

-         Approving the resignation of Mr. Khuat Tung Phong as Member of the Board of Directors as from August 27, 2012.

-         Appointing Mr. Tran Quyet Thang as Member of the Board of Directors to replace Mr. Khuat Tung Phong in term 2012 – 2016 as from August 27, 2012.
