STB: Violation of information disclosure of an inside shareholder

-         Mr. Nguyen Minh Tam – Deputy CEO of Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank, was late in reporting the trading result of STB stock after registering to trade on August 02, 2012.
