SHI: Information on the progress of capital contribution to a subsidiary

According to the board resolution dated 25 October 2011, Son Ha International Corporation established subsidiary Hiway Joint Stock Company and undertook to invest VND7.5 billion of the total registered capital of VND10 billion in Hiway. Therefore, Son Ha International Corporation has informed of the progress of capital contribution to Hiway JSC as follows:

-         Until 21 February 2012: contributed VND5,071,138,922.

-         Until 10 May 2012: finished the capital contribution worth VND7.5 billion.
