SBS: SBS Prosecuted for Stock Price Manipulation

On August 10, 2012, Sacombank Securities Company (SBS) received an official announcement from the Investigation Security Agency – Hanoi Police on criminal prosecution:

-         SBS was prosecuted for intentionally disclosing false information or concealing the truth in securities activities; manipulating stock prices.
