PXM: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:

-         Ms. Vu Thi Cham is sister of Mr. Vu Van Duan – Deputy CEO of Mientrung Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Company, was late in reporting the trading result of PXM stock after registering to trade on August 08, 2012.
