PNC: Violation of inside shareholders

Violation of inside shareholders of Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation as follows:

-         Mr. Pham Duc Tan, Chairman cum CEO of Pacific Property and Infrastructure Development and Investment Joint Stock Company, was late in reporting the result of his transaction dated August 09, 2012.

-         Mr. Dang Xuan Hung, Deputy CEO of Pacific Property and Infrastructure Development and Investment Joint Stock Company, sold 2,220 PPI shares on May 30, 2012 but did not announce before trading.

-         Mr. Cao Danh Ha, a member of the Board of Supervisors of Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation, was late in reporting the result of his transaction dated August 02, 2012. Besides, he sold 6,000 PNC shares from June 27, 2012 to July 23, 2012 but did not announce before trading.
