PGC: PGC reminded to disclose 2012 semi-annual Management Report

On August 01, 2012, HOSE issued announcement No.1378/2012/SGDHCM-NY to remind Petrolimex Gas Joint Stock Company about disclosure of the 2012 semi-annual management report.

-         According to Circular 52/2012/TT-BTC, Public companies must disclose their semi-annual management report and annual management report within 30 days after the end of the reporting period.

-         Until August 21, 2012, HOSE has yet to receive the management report.

-         Therefore, HOSE would like to remind and ask the company to disclosure information as regulated.
