Chi Linh Building Materials and House Development JSC announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2012 of the Company, which was going to be on 12/08/2012, did not take place as planned because participants were representing 1,368,900 shares (61.66% of voting rights which is less than 65% as required).
