ITD: Notice of fiscal year from 01 Apr 2012 to 31 Mar 2013

On October 10, 2011, the shareholders’ meeting of Innovative Technology Development Corporation (ITD Corporation) approved to adjust Article 44 of the Articles of Association about “Fiscal Year”. A fiscal year of ITD will run from April 01 to March 31 of the following year, but the fiscal year 2012 is divided into two phases:

-         Phase 1: from January 01, 2012 to March 31, 2012

-         Phase 2: from April 01, 2012 to March 31, 2013.
