- Appointing Mr. Takaaki Suemitsu as Member of the Board of Directors as from August 15, 2012. - Appointing and reappointing Members of Senior Management of IFS as from August 15, 2012 (in term 2011 - 2013) as follows:+ Mr. Michio Nagabayashi - CEO+ Mr. Hajime Kobayashi – Director in charge of planning+ Mr. Kazufumi Nagashima – Director in charge of factory+ Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Lien – Director in charge of finance+ Mr. Hidefumi Matsuo – Director in charge of administration+ Mr. Takaaki Suemitsu – Director in charge of sales and marketing- Appointing Mr. Sasaki Kazuhiro as position of Finance Controller of IFS to replace Mr. Hidefumi Matsuo as from August 15, 2012.
