2. Explanation for business result in Quarter 3 of Fiscal year 2011 – 2012:

-         In Quarter 3 of Fiscal year 2011 – 2012, consolidated profit after tax was by VND134.6 billion, increasing VND68.8 billion compared to Quarter 3 of Fiscal year 2010 – 2011 because of the following reasons:

+         Net revenue increased VND363 billion, from VND2,388 billion to VND2,751 billion.

+         Gross profit increased VND86 billion, from VND293 billion to VND379 billion.

+         Financial income increased VND7.5 billion, from VND3.7 billion to VND11.2 billion.

+         Financial expenses decreased VND2.2 billion, from VND87.8 billion to VND85.6 billion.

+         Selling expenses increased VND16.5 billion, from VND86.9 billion to VND103.5 billion.

+         General & administrative expense increased VND7.2 billion, from VND50.7 billion to VND57.9 billion.

+         Therefore, Total cost in Quarter 3 of Fiscal year 2011 – 2012 increased VND21.6 billion compared to the same period of Fiscal year 2010 – 2011.
