HQC: Information on new project: Cheery 3 Apartment

Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation (stock code: HQC) and Hoc Mon Trade Joint Stock Company (stock code: HTC, listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange) officially signed a co-operation agreement to implement a trade center and apartment building named Cheery 3 Apartment in Hoc Mon district, Xuan Thoi Dong commune, Hochiminh City.

-         The project is worth of VND460 billion, built on an area of 11,8999 square meters, and includes three blocks: two 19-floor blocks and one 16-floor block. Cheery 3 Apartment is located about 15 km from Hochiminh City.
