Hoa Binh kicks off VND1.2 tril. projects
Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation has commenced work on two projects with a combined value of over VND1.2 trillion.
The first project, the five-star Bach Dang hotel complex, is invested by Bach Dang Hotel-Trade-Services Co. Ltd.
Located on nearly 7,000 square meters of land in Danang City’s Hai Chau District, the project has two blocks with two basements, a 28-story hotel and 20 stories of offices and condos for lease.
Hoa Binh is picked as the main contractor for the foundation structure, basements and tailstocks of the project worth over VND160 billion. Construction is expected to be completed by next March.
The enterprise also started work on a worker’s dormitory and an expert housing area of Formosa Ha Tinh Cast Iron and Steel Complex. Located in Vung Ang Economic Zone in Ky Anh District, the works are invested by Hung Nghiep Formosa Ha Tinh Steel Company and cost nearly VND1.1 trillion.
