HBC: HBC wins Staff Dormitory Project

Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation has received a winning bid notice for two four-block dormitories: one for staff and one for experts of Formosa Ha Tinh Steel Corporation. HBC began the works on the morning of August 16, 2012. This project is invested by Formosa Ha Tinh Steel Corporation and worth about VND1,100 billion. HBC expects to complete the two packages in July 2013.

-         Also in August 16, Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation held a groundbreaking ceremony for 5-Star Bach Dang Hotel (or Hilton Hotel) in Da Nang city. The project is invested by Bach Dang Trading – Services – Hotel Ltd. Co. HBC is the main contractor, responsible for base structure, basement and bottom block with a package of VND160 billion. The package is expected to be completed in March 2013.
