FDC: FDC reminded of disclosing the auditing company change

On April 05, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received the reviewed semi-annual financial statements of 2012 by Foreign trade development and investment Corporation of Hochiminh city. Accordingly, PricewaterhouseCoopers (Vietnam) Co., Ltd audited FDC’s financial statements. Foreign trade development and investment Corporation of Hochiminh city did not comply with disclosure regulations about auditing company change.
