DTC: Delay in submitting financial statement refused
On 17/08/2012, the HNX received official correspondence of Viglacera Dong Trieu JSC No. 958/CV-DTC on 12/08/2012 asking for delay in submitting Reviewed Financial Statement 2012. Reason is that the company changes Manager and Chief Accountant, so changes has affected the process of ending financial statement.
However, after considering, the HNX sees that this reason is not among the force majeures. Thus, the Company is requested to submit Reviewed Financial Statement according to current regulations.
