COM: COM reminded of disclosing the establishment of subsidiary

According to Document No. 27/HDQT-VT dated July 24, 2012 by Materials - Petroleum Joint Stock Company for the situation on Corporate Governance – the first 06 months of 2012, Materials - Petroleum Joint Stock Company has established a subsidiary on April 27, 2012. However, until now, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange has received no announcements of the establishment. Materials - Petroleum Joint Stock Company did not comply with disclosure regulations.
