ASP: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:

-         Ms. Tran Thi Hanh is sister of Mr. Tran Minh Loan – Chairman of the Board of Directors of An Pha Petroleum Group Joint Stock Company (ASP), was late in reporting the trading result of ASP stock after registering to trade on August 16, 2012.
